This document outlines the agreement between Spacility Decor and Furnishing Private Limited, henceforth known as the “Company,” and its customers. CrayonHome represents a brand under the Company, dedicated to offering comprehensive home interior solutions to its customers. The term “Customer” is used to describe any individual, organization, or entity acquiring goods or services from CrayonHome.
Generic Terms & Conditions – Interior Products and Services
Standard Inclusions: Each wardrobe comes with two standard drawers. Additional or specialized drawers will incur extra charges.
Materials & Finishes: Standard interior linings are white laminate. Upgrades are available at additional costs.
Tolerance Levels: Products may exhibit slight dimensional variances within an acceptable tolerance range.
Cancellation Policy: Orders are final. Advance payments are non-refundable upon order confirmation.
Delivery Schedule: Estimated at 45 working days post-final design approval and material procurement.
Security Features: Complimentary locks are provided for one drawer and one door per wardrobe; additional locks are chargeable.
Post-Installation: Painting post-woodwork installation will be billed separately if not included in the initial estimate.
Warranty: Offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Hardware, core materials and accessories’ warranty as per respective manufacturers.
Additional Services: Floor protection during installation and fixtures beyond the initial scope will incur extra fees.

Custom Project Pricing and Payment Summary
Minimum Ticket Size: Orders must include a minimum woodwork value of INR 300,000 to be accepted.
Project Pricing: Final pricing is subject to changes based on design, material revisions, exact measurements with an estimated variance of 5-10% from the initial quote. Custom selections may result in higher increases.
Initial Payment: Customers must pay the 10% of the quote value or INR 50,000 whichever is higher as an initial payment to book and confirm the order and initiate the design process.
Payment Structure: Payments are split into four instalments, with specific percentages and conditions tied to each project milestone. Please refer the final estimate payment terms for final payment plan. Site cleaning and handover will be done only after final disbursement of last instalment.
Late Payment Penalties: Delay in the instalment payment might incur a daily demurrage charge until paid in full and might result in delay in project and final handover.
Cash Payments: Acceptance of cash payments is capped at specific limits, with required PAN documentation based on the amount.
Tax Classification and Invoicing: Services are categorized under “HSN 998391 – Specialty design services including interior design” and taxed accordingly, with GST invoiced upon project completion and all payment clearance.
Exclusions from Quote: Initial quotes typically exclude civil, grill work false ceiling detailed costing, jaali and paint related works, which will be assessed according to on-site conditions post booking, during the design phase.
Delivery Guarantee Exclusions
Scope Exclusions: Delivery guarantees do not apply if the client is responsible for supplying or installing items like granite, hobs, chimneys, or managing electrical adjustments.
Design Changes & Occupancy: Alterations to designs in production or client occupancy at the site during installation may lead to delays.
Site Restrictions & Execution impediments: Limitations on daily working hours or client’s partial site possession can void delivery guarantees. Issues such as continuous power outages, non-functional elevators or restrictions from builders can invalidate the delivery guarantee.
Concurrent Third-Party Work: Simultaneous work by other contractors or builders on-site may affect our ability to deliver on time.
Volume of Work: For woodwork quotes exceeding INR 10 lakhs, the volume of work involved may render the delivery guarantee inapplicable.
Post-Delivery Replacements: OEM defects or cosmetic issues identified post-handover, like deep scratches or colour mismatches are outside the delivery guarantee scope but will be addressed as per OEM timelines.
Litigation and Force Majeure: Legal disputes or events beyond CrayonHome’s control, like natural disasters or government actions, exempt the guarantee.
Warranty – Product and Service
10-Year Woodwork Warranty: We provide up to a decade-long warranty for woodwork against manufacturing defects for specific branded core materials. kindly refer the final quote/approved estimate for the specific terms and conditions
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Accessories, hardware, core materials like plywood and laminates and appliances carry the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) warranty.
OEM Product Warranty: Products sourced from OEMs are warrantied as per their terms, and we facilitate any repairs or replacements needed within these terms.
Installation Warranty: We cover installation defects under a one-year warranty.
Liability Limitations: Our warranty does not cover damages arising from external factors, misuse, or acts of God, among other exclusions.
Warranty Exclusions
Daily Use and Mishandling: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from everyday use, such as scratches or improper handling.
Wear and Tear: General deterioration from regular use and misuse are not included under the warranty.
Bend Limitations: Only bends exceeding 3mm in size qualify for warranty repairs.
Rusting of Metallic Parts: Rusting of metallic components due to exposure to household substances is not covered by the warranty.
Environmental Damage to Wood: The warranty does not extend to wood degradation caused by exposure to environmental factors.
Damage from Cleaning Agents: Damages incurred from the use of inappropriate cleaning agents or chemicals are not covered by the warranty.
Alteration and Misuse: The warranty becomes void if the products are modified or not utilized according to their intended purpose.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any unauthorized repairs or alterations will invalidate the warranty.
Resale and Maintenance: Warranty coverage is void if the product is resold or not maintained properly.
Force Majeure: The company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure events.
